Chef John Carney, a Wyoming native with over 13 years of culinary experience, brings his expertise from some of the world’s most acclaimed kitchens — including three MICHELIN-starred Alinea and The French Laundry, as well as two MICHELIN-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.
As Culinary Director at Eria, John is leading innovation by experimenting with new products that align with Eria’s vision of delivering bold, high-quality, and globally inspired offerings.
